SCHOOL PROJECT

Beginning September 13th all fifth grade students of the Chico Unified School District will participate in a four week StepFit Chico pedometer walking program. Assemblies will be held at all schools to kick off the program and pedometers, log books and t-shirts will be distributed.

There will be individual as well as classroom incentives awarded throughout the project. the week of October 11th there will be an awards celebration at each of the schools.

The StepFit program will then be repeated again for a two week period in the Spring to chart student progress.
